Adding Depth: Auto-Update Facility
One feature that is popular with our clients is our auto-update
facility. The auto-update facility is a databased toolkit that allows
the client themselves to update their own web pages and post live
to the server themselves. This facility utilizes a Rich Text Editor
so users can easily use bold, underline, italics, color, etc. The
facility also allows for accessible archiving of previous postings
for web visitors. This feature is very user friendly and password
protected and is accessed via easy to use web based admin tools.
Adding Variety
HKstudios can convert your video tapes to
web viewable files in a variety of file sizes for optimum viewing.
We can also create panoramic images and link them together into
a virtual tour of your facility. We can photograph
your products,
even allowing for 360 degree viewing and zoom in.
In designing your website we will:
Create a Project Binder
If you award HKstudios a contract to create your website, we will
create a formal and well developed document called the "Project
Binder" about the website that includes the following:
• Three (3) named "Schemes" of first level page
and second level pages design for you to select from;
• A "Mood Board" containing approximately 6 to 9
colors that will be used throughout;
• A "Persona Study", which describes in detail typical
but fictional website viewers;
• A "Site Map", which illustrates in a flow chart
form what pages are included on the website and how they are interrelated;
• "Page Maps" of each individual page of the website.
Page maps are one page per web page of the website that have exactly
what that page will contain. Page Maps do not have any style;
• “Tag Line Study” Tag lines are catch phrases
that are used to brand the campaign;
• Itemized project cost page.
Host a Presentation Meeting:
HKstudios will deliver this Project Binder to the website team in
a presentation meeting. At the presentation meeting we will describe
in detail what the project will contain. We will use the Project
Binder as a working document and mark it up based on team feedback.
Deliver Product:
We will deliver a finished product in a timely manner to a test
server, available for your review and comment. We will integrate
your changes into your website before it is live.
After Completion:
When your website is done we will launch it and manage it. We will
also manage existing websites for a monthly fee.
Monthly Maintenence:
HKstudios believes that in order for your
website to remain current and timely it requires regular maintenance.
We offer an affordable monthly maintenance option whereby we will
make changes to your existing website for free whenever you want
within a 24-48 hour period.
